What kind of lighting are you going to use to make this look professional? I really like natural light, but to make it more professional and if it is necessary, I would use any source of artificial light.

For this assignment, I made my own studio at the garage of my house. As a background, I used a black cloth, then I put my cell phone on a tripod with the timer on, I sat on a bench and I started shooting. For the first image, I used natural light from a window where daylight was coming directly into myself. For the other two photos I used the light of a lamp to create some kind of shadow. Finally I edited my photos with Lightroom, I played with the colors, the lighting and I love adding vignettes to my photos, especially to portraits; it really makes a big difference. I also used PicsArt to add some texture and dust to my photos, I like them to look vintage. Honestly, I really liked the result, especially because I had never done anything like this. This assignment made me gain confidence with myself and also made me want to experiment with new things, play with lighting and shadows. I know that I can improve my techniques more, but the important thing was that I enjoy it a lot and I did my best .
